How it works

Three things to set up. After that the calendar drives it.

Paste the calendar link

Copy the iCal link Airbnb gives you for the listing and paste it into the property. BnBHype re-reads it every 30 minutes.
Flips appear on their own

Each checkout becomes a flip on the right day, in the property's own timezone. Assign a cleaner, or leave it and get told it's still unassigned.
The cleaner works the list

They open it on their phone, tap through it room by room, and you watch it fill in. No app store, no training.

All of this is shipped and in daily use — nothing on this page is a plan.

The calendar does the scheduling

One iCal URL per property. Reservations, checkout dates and booking references come straight from the feed, so nobody retypes a booking, and blocked dates are ignored rather than turned into work. Vrbo's export link works the same way.

Same-day turns, loudly

When one guest checks out and the next arrives the same day, the flip is flagged everywhere it appears and the alert goes out regardless of the hour. That is the day a missed clean becomes a refund.

A checklist built for a phone

Room by room, in the order the work happens. Big targets, one column, and every tap saves itself — there is no "submit" to forget.

Keeps working with no signal

Basements, cabins, dead zones. The checklist keeps taking taps offline and syncs the moment there's signal again — and it can't double up what it sends.

Photos, issues, supplies

Photos attach to the flip they came from. A broken blind or a stain gets logged as an issue with a permanent record instead of a text you lose. The supply list is shared, so "we're out of coffee" reaches the person who buys it.

Email when it matters

A cleaner gets the assignment, a reminder the evening before, and a loud alert on a same-day turn. You get told when the flip is finished. Quiet hours are respected — except by the alerts that can't wait.

Payout reporting

At the end of the month you need one number per cleaner, and you need it to match what actually happened.

It reports. It does not pay.

BnBHype works out what is owed from the flips that were completed. It does not move money — there is no payment processing, no payroll, and no card on file. You pay people the way you already do; this just tells you the figure.
